Tabs welded to bottom of rear frame on Jayflight TT

I have a 2012 Jayflight 32BHDS. Under the rear frame rails there are six tabs welded to the bottom of the frame. They are approximately 4 inches wide and have holes in each tab, on each side of the frame.

Does anyone know what these tabs are for?

I want to attach a rack on the back to hold generator and maybe firewood. Nothing too heavy, just bulky, or messy things I don't want to put inside the trailer or my Excursion.

My generator is 100 pounds, and I wouldn't put more than another 100 pounds MAX. And I would probably only use this rack for dry camping, which we will only do once or twice a year.

Thanks for the help!!!

Those are probably the mounts for the optional cargo/bike rack. The factory unit has a capacity of 250 lbs.
