Really? Dang I have never even checked those things out. My wifes '15 Yukon has just over 1500 pound payload if I remember correctly. Has air shocks too. That thing tows stuff very well. I have been very pleased with it. Drug around our 28BHBE just as good as my 3/4 ton Ram does.

The Armada sure won't tow as much as a pick-up but it doesn't ride like one either. It's a 3 row SUV that's rated for 9,100 pounds towing and 910 tongue weight. It tows my 7,800 pound TT all over the country with no problem other than 8 MPG.

I rode in a diesel pickup towing a 5th wheel once and you couldn't even have a conversation over all the engine and suspension racket. I like the quiet ride of a luxury SUV but sometimes wish I had a truck bed. Also, I should have bought 4WD.
