The problem is not how low a temperature you can store them in but how warm is the room when you turn them back on to use.
The HDTV's are shipped all over the country riding in the back of Truck Trailers in all kinds of adverse temperatures without issues.
My 5th wheel HDTV mount is not easy to disconnect the HDTV so it stays in the trailer all the time. My POPUP trailer HDTV is setup everytime we stop somewhere when camping so it comes out over the winter months when the POPUP trailer is stored for a long period of time.
This is the HDTV I keep moving around the house and out on the PATIO setup when want to watch HDTV outside.
