Television Mounting /Viewing Options
We have a 2013 JayFlight 22FB.
Mounted small flat screen on a wall mount (extension/tilt mount), but not happy with the mount.
Whenever we are traveling, I must remove the TV from the mount (Suggested to me) and it is a PITA. There is no "quick connect" system on this mount, so I must use two Allen wrenches and balance the TV when I remove or install.
Not many mounting options in this small TT so have been sitting it on the dinette for viewing of late. Lay on the bed when traveling.
Anyone have a better method?

I don't, but I know one is available to do anything you want.
One with a quick disconnect should be available. I would be wanting one I could secure and leave in place.

This is what we use to mount a small TV. The short story behind this is that our old trailer had a folding TV shelf that had to be stowed when traveling. This mount has an easy to remove clamp. The good part is in our X20E I leave it permanently clamped, and it has a single thumbscrew on the TV bracket itself to quickly remove the TV.
Mono Price is where you want to look for a mount. They have mounts for pretty much every conceivable situation. Prices are good, quality is excellent. When searching be creative, search for TV mounts, monitor mounts, desk mounts, wall mounts, clamp mounts, etc. You'll get all sorts of different results that may help you find what you need.

I don't have pictures, and I do have an older camper so drilling a hole or two didn't bother me. So the lay out to our camper is you walk into the door, to the right is the spot for a TV and storage above it (like a cabinet at a 45 degree angle). The main bedroom is directly behind that wall and there is an outlet and a fold up shelf mounted on the curb side wall oppsite the sliding door. What I did was purchase a nice mount and mounted it to the interior wall so I could gain access to it in the cabinet above the living area tv. I used nyloc nuts in place of the lock washers supplied. I also found a 4-5 inch washer at work that had the holes in it so I used it on the back side for support. I then drilled a hole through the panels large enough to feed the power cord, antenna wire, and RCAs through. I routed the wires to the back of the living room cabinet and down below the main TV and connected everything via adaptors and cords. I have not had to remove the TV for transit, although I do not have a way to keep if from moving back and forth.

I had a similar problem. I couldn't figure out an economical alternate mount I liked, so I bought a second tv for about what a nice mount costs on Black Friday. Stows under the bed and you put it wherever you want including outside if you want to watch it someplace different.
Sounds ridiculous, but it really wasn't that much more expensive.

We mounted our television with the MorRyde mount that had a locking mechanism. Traveled over 10000 miles without any issues. It is a very sturdy mount.

We have a different model and I'm not sure what is around your TV, but we have been using bungee cords in an X pattern across the TV when traveling. We have places to lock them on above and below the TV. Works well for us so I don't have to remove TV, and the mount I used is much cheaper than the MorRyde ones.

we use the Ready America MRV3500 Strong Arm Removable LCD Mount. It comes with two mounts. We put one in the bedroom and one outside. We then can use one tv to view inside and outside. We place the tv on our bad to travel.

I mounted one of my previous TV mounts to a back board using one of those swivel and tilt-able mounts. This is a very sturdy mount to the wall using the back panel and didn't require me to remove the TV set when in travel mode. Without the back board I had fears of the TV set pulling the mounting screws out of the wall due to road vibrations when in travel mode.
The large 3/4-inch thick back board looked similar to this google install photo..
