The 315rlts heater is impossible to remove

Has anyone had any repair or maintenance work done to the heater in their 315rlts. I know every year it should be serviced but it seems impossible to get to or remove. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Are you talking about the furnace? It's tough to get at in my 38fdds.. 2016 and I've done nothing to it...
