I'd call that, "who rolled the PUP camper on its side?"

I joke, but if you look at the BAL site, it just looks like two pup top systems working in opposition.

Hi all, so in my ignorance, I read the manual on our Jayco 28 RLS, but I have no clue as to what brand it is. I don’t see cables like the Mallard had, but rather black metal bars with what looks like gear teeth towards the slide itself. Will try & post a pic tomorrow. The slide is the couch/dining table side. When it is in all the way, it angles upward from the floor a little bit. I will add I have more confidence in this slide than the one on the Mallard. All comments appreciated. Oh, & I couldn’t find any labeling when I looked also.

Bankr, yes! BAL Accuslide. Thanks.
Looking at one at the show I saw the motor on the top of the slide with a gear/chain drive that pulled an in/ out cable depending on which direction the motor turned. The cables on top of the slide had threaded connectors that attacked to the chain drive and had adjustments labeled in or out. Looks clever but oh355 reports they have probs. YouTube has some videos.

That's an old school Lippert slide. Used on a lot of heavy slides. They are very robust and reliable. Downside is that they are quite heavy and run though a hole in the frame, which can cause a point of weakness there (debatable).

My 28RL WH looks different. The notches are much further apart and very smooth in their circumference. Our dealer said we have the best one for 3’ slide outs. Works very nice.
