Thermal Package vs "Foil, Total w/Enclsd Underbelly"

Just reviewing a couple Jayco Jay Flight 26BHS build sheets and have a question on a line item.

One has the "Thermal Package" that you see as an option on Jayco's website for $472 and the other has "Foil, Total w/Enclsd Underbelly" for $825 (don't see this on Jayco's website).

What's the difference between the two line items? Should my local dealer be able to get the "Foil, Total w/Enclsd Underbelly" option when ordering a new unit from Jayco?

Was the "Foil, total enclosed underbelly" a dealer add on? The Thermal Package is

Insulated, heated and enclosed underbelly, foil insulation in roof and slideout floors

and has an MSRP of $472.

If I was a guessing man, I would guess that the $825 option is a dealer add on. They likely just put a layer of the foil under or over the enclosed underbelly and charged twice as much.
