Have a 2019 29RE went to turn on A/C unit and the highest. temp I could get it to was 32 degrees? Is this dude set in celsius or is there a issue, or can it be set to Fahrenheit?

Yes it is probably set to Celsius but it would help to know what brand you have and there should be an instruction book in your paperwork.

Also, if you don't have the manual, most can be found on-line with a search of the make and model number.
