Thermostat replacement

We’re looking to replace our outdated thermostat in our Jayco Whitehawk travel trailer. Does anyone have any recommendations?

There are several YouTube videos about replacing the thermostats. I was tired of the Coleman Mach being off 5 to 10 degrees, so I purchased a Honeywell home digital thermostat and the family loves it. I gave up having two speeds on the fan, but that was no loss in comparison to having a reliable thermostat.

Not sure what outdated thermostat you have now. Our 28BHBE had a analog Coleman thermostat and it worked but I wanted something better. Replaced it with a digital Coleman and it works great.

I just order the Easy Touch RV Thermostat from micro-air it's a little money but I have heard good reviews I figure since we are going to keep our 5th wheel for a long time I might as well mod it up to my liken.

Thanks. I should have mentioned we have the analog version that came with the trailer.

My recommendation is wait until COVID pricing problems go away. The Coleman Mach direct replacement digital that I used is now more that twice what I paid for it a year + ago.
