Thermostat / Temperature Sensor problems

New to the forum, RV camping, and a new 2021 Whitehawk 27RB. Somethings not quite right with the thermostat on the BMPro system that I hope I can fix myself rather than have to bring it in for service. When I turn on the furnace with a set temperature of 55 degrees (outside temp is 40) the furnace runs fine and the room temperature display on the BMPro starts to increase. When the room temperature reaches the set temperature the display for the room temperature reads '----' and an exclamation point comes on in the upper right of the BMPro display and the furnace just keeps running. I shut the heat down and if I come back the next day the room temperature is fine and the exclamation point on the display is gone. Anyone seen this behavior before?

Attaching a picture of the display in the error condition.

Looks like after reading the BMPRO manual I can answer my own question and say that it looks like the room temperature sensor is bad. I contacted the dealer to inquire about a service repair but I sure hate having to drag the trailer an hour away for this. The temperature sensor seems fairly easy to replace as long as there is some slack in the wiring ..

Our 2022 white hawk thermostat is way off on temperature. Is it inside that jcommand box?

On my 2021 27RB, the temperature sensor is a small black device located on an interior wall.

Attachment 68322
You can buy a replacement, they cost about $33.

I believe this one might be suitable.

Thanks all - found the sensors, the panel is above the kitchen sink, outside and main AC wiring was reversed, it's all good now!
