don't forget to change all your house, shed, trailer, even your truck, car etc... locks maybe you already did..but you have to.. especially the house... did they take your garage door opener? change the code if nothing else.. once they have the keys they just wait till you are gone....

Thank you for the heads up. The only keys that were taken were the trailer keys.

That works only if you are home 24/7 and thief isn't armed, bigger than you, and/or doesn't have a buddy with him. The police in some jurisdictions will actually arrest you for assault and battery and you could be sued by the thief you assaulted.
