Thinking about gutting the oven

I have a air fryer oven/toaster that can handle baking needs & would actually like to store it in oven compartment. Not sure what the inside dimensions are for the Atwood oven. What do I need to do for capping off the gas line to the pilot light. I want to keep the top 3 burners functional.

You may need to open the top and see what line needs to be capped off to the oven. You could just take the rack out and determine if it's adequate storage for your air fryer.

We use ours for storage but occasionally bake in it.

Do you want to remove the oven? Then just replace it with a Atwood cooktop and sell the combination as a unit.

One gas line serves both and if it we’re mine I would buy just the 3 burner cook top and add the cooking products I wanted. These 2 drawers take up the empty space of the oven.

We don't use our oven much - neither of us have perfected using it so it's a feature in our trailer that doesn't add much value to us. I really like the solution from Tunce the traveler, replacing the stock with a gas cook top and putting in drawers instead. Nice!!

Actually this is my trailer kitchen and we had no use for the oven and the microwave was too high as my wife is only 5’ tall. The stove opening is exactly the same width as the microwave so out with the stove an in with the wave and added an oak cutting board on top. I just capped off the propane line it was as easy as that. The wave is sitting about 3” higher than it could be because we didn’t want a cooktop, we wanted Butane ( have two of them) so we could cook outside when we wanted to. The upper wave location is now a pantry and it’s really huge and has a 1/2 shelf in it. Below the knives is a 20 Amp circuit i installed for a portable induction cooktop ( two burner ) just because she likes a real low heat sometimes. Took out the cabinet door and made 4 drawers full depth. Now there’s plenty of room to wash, prep & and cook.
Sorry for the pic.
BTW the floor is 5/8” foam flooring in 2x2 squares in red oak that just interlock. Just google foam flooring if your interested.

Dang! I knew I shouldn't have joined this site and shared this with my wife. Now it looks like I'll be moving the microwave down below and adding more storage!
That looks great, really awesome idea.
