Tips for end of first season

So the season is ending. I want to tackle any must do Preventative Maintenance and document to ensure the Jayco Warranty and my Good Sam warranty requirements are kept intact.

What are the items required to be looked at or serviced?

Thanks!

One thing not covered under Jayco's warranty is water leak damage. So inspect all seals, roof, windows, any seams you find. FWIW, You usually won't find issues until year 4 or 5 due to caulk drying out, but sometimes things aren't sealed properly from the factory.

If you're in Pensacola, you probably don't have to worry about filling the water lines with anti-freeze. I'll leave it to some of the more knowledg...knowledgab....well-informed members to to advise on other things to consider.

Clean and repack wheel bearings, recommended once a year or every 12k miles.
