This is what I use. I have the baja/rocky mountain package and the hitch sits about 9 inches higher than normal.
Found this to be super sturdy and easy to adjust when needed to get things level.

If you're looking for some additional height, some wooden cribbing works, or a stand like this one, if you don't have a wheel on the bottom of the jack foot.

I use about a 10" long piece of old railroad tie.

For the trailer jacks I cut 4x6 treated lumber about 10” long, chamfered the edges, drilled two holes through the 6” side to add a carrying rope handle and painted them black. For the tongue jack, I did the same but lag bolted it to a treated 2x10 of the same length.
