Smile Took delivery today on our new 23MB

Took delivery today on our new Jayco Jay Flight 23MB. It all went fairly smooth. Everything checked out with the camper and the two little things that we found to be an issue, they fixed on the spot. (Screen clip missing and bungie cord missing on the LP tank covers)

I sat down with the finance guy to sign on the agreed upon price. They threw me some curve balls but I was ready. I had done my homework, printed out all agreed upon prices on my excel sheet and had the emails from the sales guy. ( I made the deal with the internet sales guy all over the phone 7 weeks ago.) I just told myself that I made the decision that I was not getting the camper if they did not get my numbers right. After the finance manager had a few talks with the manager ( I love when they do that.) and me almost walking out, I got my previously agreed upon deal. You gotta love these sales guys for changing things at the last second to try to get you to pay just a little more. Grrrr. Anyway, I got the keys and was out the door!

Now I can finally relax and look forward to the upcoming camping season.

Thanks to all those that gave me such great advice on everything from the WDS to the wheeling and dealing with the dealer. It was the first time I felt really good after coming out of one of those finance offices.

Great looking rig! I sure like the look of the fiberglass, couldn't get myself to spend the extra cash when I ordered mine yesterday. Hope I don't regret it cause yours sure is nice.

Really like that Black trim on the new ones and your layout is great. Best of all is the internet price but I wasn't that lucky on the price but I'm very happy with the one I have. Best of luck with it on all your travels.

Congrats on the new 23mb! I'm so envious, we're still waiting on our 23mb. I love how yours looks with the fiberglass sides, very sharp! Have fun!
