Our suspension bridges are closed around here in 45 mph winds. I would not feel comfortable towing in anything more except in a emergency.

@OttawaBob I sure hope you stayed home!

Those winds turned into 2 E3 tornadoes that touched down in the area, wind speeds in excess of 240kph (150 mph). Damage to many homes and much of the city without power through the weekend.

We cancelled a planned outing Friday because the TT was still in for service over the w/e; they found a problem on Friday, but couldn't fix it until today. Had we gone, we probably would have been driving very close to the path just around the time it blasted through here.

And THAT is the first time I have ever been thankful for slow service!

I’ve towed on I-10 on our way to Buckskin in December last year. A winter storm was blowing through with 35-40 MPH cross winds. With everyone going 80+ to California for Christmas, it was insane. I doubt a single person or big rig passing me on the left had any idea I was doing everything I could to avoid crashing into them. If you can avoid it, park it because it’s not worth it.
