Trailer mattress storage

Do you do anything special for winter storage of the tt mattress?

No, but we did immediately replace the factory pad with an adjustable air mattress so we can each choose our own firmness.

Mine stays in the same place. But I remove all linens for the winter and place several Bounce dryer sheets underneath it, on top of the foam memory pad I added, and between the memory pad and the mattress. Some folks don't think they work for repelling mice, but I've been doing it for 15 years and never had a mouse problem. I don't argue with success.

I covered mine with a mattress storage bag from amazon and then an inexpensive tarp. I also use dryer sheets to keep mice out.

I flip mine every month while in storage, just to make sure no moisture is getting trapped under them..
