Congrats! We enjoyed our 2013 145 for the 3 years we had it. Towed easily and was great value for money spent. With COVID and the fact that many parks closed their washrooms this past year, we upgraded to a 21’ TT with a larger washroom/shower and sofa.

Just closed the purchase on our new 2021 Jay Flight SLX8 267BHS. We're very eager to get out on the road, but will be a few weeks yet due to some cosmetic damage incurred in transfer between dealer locations. Very excited nonetheless!

2016 27RBOK White Hawk..

Don't buy one.. See if you can rent one for a few months.

Do it between hot and cold months, a little rainy etc...

A tent will dry out and the floor probably will survive. Not on some of these modern travel trailers.. If its a light-weight, and you have cash, then I can't tell you what to do... They're light-weight for a reason - The same reason wet or simple sweat from heat and cold will eventually cost more money.

If you are doing a loan, no warranty works for these...The extended warranty is for a frame failure not a floor failure...or roof..

I now see more and more Jayco not being behind the products. I can only say, from my first month of ownership, that dealership gave poor service and then being bought out by camping world only lost all my info and still the same service.

I changed to a larger dealership and was willing to drop 8k on roof and floor repairs, I got it back with "so called roof repair and nothing else, not even an extended contract"...

They say they stand behind their work but, I feel like my paperwork probably went in the trash when I pulled out..

Floor still a problem... I guess it doesn't leak... Don't know yet...

That's what you're in for with an RV...

My dad had his Jayco in for repairs too. The dealer was acquired by camping world this last year. The service department has been horrible. They had it all winter. When he went to pick it up there was a dent in a small strip of metal on the back of the trailer just above the bumper. Now he is going to have to take it back to get that fixed when the part comes in. After his experience, I wouldn’t buy from camping world.

I am sorry you have had a bad experience. I have heard several problems with Camping World. As for us, our dealer has been great. And, our Jayco has been the best camper we have ever owned. Always remember, these are assembled from various parts from various manufacturers. Anyway, IMO, it's not fair to judge a manufacturer by what you are going thru. All manufacturers have issues. It's not exclusive to one brand, but, as far as service, it can be. If you are not happy with your service, get a different service to look at it. And, you can reach out to Jayco to assist. My experience is that they want to make you happy.

I had already voted in this poll when I had my Whitehawk. I guess one would have to be deducted from the Whitehawk vote and added to the Toy Hauler tally.
