Tree fell on camper

Hello I have a 2017 Jayco Bungalow and a tree fell on it leaving several tears in the membrane and 4 holes through the roof. Has anyone had to deal with progressive insurance and what the cost or outcome might be?
Thank you

My last claim was with state farm. They wanted me to take to dealer and I explained just to get estimate it would take months. Then talked to selling dealer and they offered to quote me based on pictures.
State Farm said ok, sent pictures, got estimate, Farm guy came out and said ok, will authorize. Received check and put it in bank as it hale had not pierced skin and in a few years won't affect value anyway. Prior was with another one which totaled it when sideswiped. Net effect, just like car insurance. PS maybe total is best anyway.
Last, you don't have to take the insurance companies 1st offer, negotiate, ask for a different adjuster, don't let them low ball you. Read some reviews on Progressive to see how some got the best deal.

We have Progressive and they were good to work with when a freak hailstorm dimpled the front of our trailer. I got a rough verbal estimate from a dealer, but the Progressive adjuster offered less, saying they would cover it if it went over. Knowing I was going to just pocket the money (the damage was only cosmetic), I negotiated them up a bit and accepted. In all they were very professional and I came away happy. Still with them and our rate has gone down slightly.
