TT Under-frame Spare Tire

Through a set of circumstances I now have 2 spare tires. One is in it's normal position on the back carrier, but the other is taking up room in my front pass-through. Has anyone added a carrier under the trailer? If so what brand and was it a bolt-on or was welding required? And... is it worth the trouble?

The Trailmanor brand of folding trailers has underbelly stowage.

I had two Trailmanors and found the tires hard to get to. They showed much more rust on the wheel than I would like, probably due to not being dried by the sun.

The mechanism there was a u shaped pipe that slid into larger pipes part way under the trailer. To get to the tire you would have to remove two pins, tip the carrier down, then slide the carrier out. Then unbolt the tire from the cradle. It was an unwieldy system and I like the rear tire carrier on my Jayco a lot better. Also easier to check pressure on the tire before a tripe.

I had a blowout along a road and this added to the problem of changing the tire.
