Tv antenna

Hi,
I just bought a use 05 feather light.
It has an antenna that you raise with a crank.

Where is the cable you connect to the TV?

Thank you. Jay

There may or may not be a cable. Assuming your trailer's TV connection is how it is usually done, there is a plate on the wall somewhere near where the TV is intended to go. There is a connection on the plate to attach an RG59 or RG6 cable (like cable TV uses). You'd use that cable to connect to the TV. There may be a small black button switch on the wall plate which turns on and off a TV signal amplifier. If you have a switch and an amplifier, it is on when the green light is on.

The previous owner may have changed up everything; maybe the information above may therefore not be accurate.

Our 2004 jayflight has a "small" cubby hole in the overhead cabinets at head level near the back of the trailer (above the dinette, and next to the entertainment center/DVD player cabinet). No door... and inside the cubby hole is the cigarette lighter-style wall plate and the cable connection with the antenna amplifier button (not very convenient!)... The "cubby hole" was obviously meant for a very small DC television. I purchased a 22" 12VDC LED flat screen tv and a VESA articulating wall mount that I mounted to the cabinet frame (after reinforcing) near the cubby hole. Works great. Now I use the cubby hole for all the electronics (wires, inverter, etc).
I'd start by looking in all the overhead cabinets for your wall plate, near your entertainment center.

You said that its a "05 feather light". Can you give us the exact model? Maybe we can find a floor plan that indicates a location for the TV. Our Old Kiwi had a collapsible shelf for the TV.

Wow, personalized!

I found a PDF for the 2006 models. There are 3 floor plans for the Sport model. I can't see a TV shelf on any of them! One of them is the 186 and it has a shelk above the fridge, but doesn't specify TV. Sorry, wish I could be more help.

FOUND IT!
I traced the coax from the side of the camper to the jack.
It's in the far left front corner under the counter
