TV Hookup 2014 26BH Flight

Just bought the 2014 26BH Flight and came without a television. I have purchased one but need to know about hooking it up. I want to put it on the wall where the wall mount is next to the electrical hookup. Is there anything I need to do special if I am just using the exterior antenna?
Thanks, Mike

You just need a coax jumper to connect between the TV and wall box near the dinette (there is in in the bedroom for a TV too). Turn on the antenna booster, crank up the antenna and do a channel search and you are set.

There is a cable looking plug that is connected by a short cable to both the connections. Don't see an antenna booster???
Thanks, Mike

instructions should be printed on that cover. And you should find an on/off button that controls the booster. At least that's what mine is like. Maybe they've changed on newer units.

There is no cover?? On the 12V plug, there is an on/off switch but I'm guessing that's for the 12V outlet only.
Thanks, Mike

I use the VANGUARD BATWING antenna on my off-road POPUP camper...

Looks like this...

Roy's image

I use the ANTENNA WALL PLATE PANEL in the trailer that has the TV TYPE F antenna connector and also a Power BOOSTER push-button switch. When ON this provides 12VDC going up my antenna RG cable where the actual booster amplifier is located...

My HDTV set sets on one of the table tops near the Tent Bed we sleep in... You have to have a digital TV now to be able to watch HDTV from the local digital TV Broadcast stations. The older analog TV sets are not used anymore... I get great reception using my outside antenna pole setup shown above. The BATWING is a great antenna to use. In my case all comes down and is stored inside my POPUP trailer when in transport mode...

The receptacle on the right side of Roy's posting looks like the one my 26BH had. The tiny switch is for the antenna booster. The 12V outlet is there for the few 12V TVs that are out there.
