TV installation in Jay Flight 265rlsw

New to the forum.
Question about TV installation in Jay Flight 265rlsw.
Sales told us 32" screen fits.
Can't see that in operator's manual.
Would like to confirm this is the correct size for main living area and would like to see any type of doc on the TV install (ie, suggestions for mounting brackets, etc).
I would just go measure it (the opening for the TV) but it's locked up on sales lot and I told them I'd pick it up in late April ... and I need to track down helpful doc on the subject anyway.

Thanks!
Martin

If it's fairly close I'd go measure it and take a couple of photos for reference. The dealer shouldn't have an issue with you doing that.

From this photo it looks like a 32" TV should fit.

If your trailer does not have the backing built into the wall you might want to add a 1 -inch back board yourself secured in its four corners hopefull into some wood or metal wall studs etc. You can also use what they call MOLLY BOLTS as well.

Then you can add your swivel mount directly to the heavy wood back board..

Might look something like this google image...

Just be aware the trailer walls are very thin 1/4-inch material and will not support a large wood screw. It will simply pull out on you...

Some trailer have a sticker label on the wall saying you can use this area to add the swivel mounts.. Everytime I see one of those I don't know how big of area they are talking about. Maybe you can tap on the wal to determine this...

The LED/LCD Flat screen TV's do not weigh very much...

We have a Jay Flight 27RLS and it has the same entertainment center dimensions. Ours came with a 32" TV. You really wont need a swivel mount, a fixed rigid mount will do just fine.

32" tv

We just picked up our 27 RLS two weeks ago. I came with the 32 inch tv and a flat mount. The flat mount is fine, you can see the tv from each seat. I do not think a swivel mount would be necessary.

The reason I can see for a swivel mount is to gain access to the rear connections of the TV when needed. That way you would not have to remove it from a solid mount to do that.

You would have to use a locking type swivel mount for travel. Just a suggestion.
