TV issues

We just purchased a 2021 Jayco Jayflight. The tv picks up channels fine, but we are having issues with pixelation. What could be causing this?

Weak signal or loose connection normally

Usually, when the reception is poor, the picture will pixelate and freeze. Check the connections behind the wall plate, make sure the amplifier is on. If you have a black “shark fin” antenna on the roof, it won’t do much as far as reception goes anyway. Jay
