TV Mount
Our Jay Flight 24FB came with a small shelf to sit a tv on. I would rather wall mount with a small arm. The led tv we purchased weighs less than 10 pounds and the mount about 3 pounds. I do NOT plan to leave the tv mounted during travel so, the question is, can I SAFELY mount this unit above where the current shelf is mounted ? I think the wall studs are 2X2 and I plan on using 1 or 1 1/4 inch screws to mount the arm. This arm extends 7 inches at 90 degrees. I guess all can tell I am NOT a structural enginer !! I do not want to cause damage long term to our trailer. Thanks in advance for everyones advice. See you on the road, Dave
