TV mount

Which mount is everyone using? I've seen the one from Camping World mentioned. Going in a 2015 Jay Flight SLX 264BHW. Also, what size mounting hardware without going through the back. Thanks.

This is the mount I bought for mine. It's a locking mount so I don't have to remember to secure the tv.

Hint, DO pay attention to the weight it will handle - we got the one you reference (25# max), and are going to exchange it for the next model up as our 32" caused it to sag. Also, make sure that when purchasing, you determine whether or not an adapter mounting plate is required for your TV; ours is the Jensen 32' 12-volt.

True. I bought a 100 to 200 VESA mount adapter, and ended up not needing it as the 32" tv I just bought is a 100 VESA mount... You can buy 32" tvs under 10 lbs now.

I have the same trailer and faced the same issue. I'll try to connect you to my post on this, rather than repeat it all here. Or you can go to my postings and see it.

Here's a pic of my install. Used 3, 5/8" lag screws.

tv mount

TDK2765 , I have the same tv mount as you and want to install it on the same wall of my 2017 264BHW as you have done. My questions are : you don't have to place mount directly over that mounting sticker as the backer is wider and longer than what the sticker shows? In the picture you posted I noticed yours is slightly offset from the sticker. Also the 5/8 lag screws were enough in length? was one inch too long ? I know the screws that came with the mount where way to long.
Thanks,
Tim B.

I mounted mine directly over the sticker in a 28RLS and the screws didn't go into anything except wall board. I got out my stud finder and mounted it several inches lower and to the right.

I'm not sure about the TT's that you guys have but in my 24RBS that sticker is not even over the piece of wood that tv is intended to be mounted on. I highly recommend that you use a stud finder and a hand knocking on things to have a better understanding of what is going on.
