Question TV Mount in White Hawk 27DSRB

The TV does not work in my new camper. I was told it would take a couple of weeks to get a new TV but were leaving this weekend for a week of camping. Can anyone tell me how to take the TV down from the mount? I can’t get it away from the wall to see how.

There should be a chain hanging down below the TV. pull it to release the articulating bracket so you can pull the TV out to get behind it.

Our TV didn't work from the factory and we found the cable wire behind the A B switch broken. Check the cables behind the plates located on the wall under the T V. Good Luck

Thank you! We have check all the cables. I can't find a chain or release behind the TV. It does have a mirror on the back side of it. Any other ideas on how to get it off?

Thanks

If it's like my White Hawk's screen, there are two spring-loaded clips behind the tv, along the bottom. They're about 10" apart from each other. Find them and pull them toward you. Once those tabs are squeezed, lift the TV up about an inch and be prepared to catch it. It'll slide right off a horizontal rod that supports it.

Hope that works for ya!

Thank you! We have tried that but still can't find anything. Even tried to use a mirror. I wish it pulled out some. I don't even know how you would hook up anything to the TV because I can't get wires in the sides.

Just picked up our 27DSRL and they showed us how to unlock the TV during the PDI. Just like mentioned above there are two Clips about 10 inches apart, 5 inches up from bottom edge of TV.

Hope you're able to find.
