Type of roof?????????

Good morning everyone, I was wondering, before I start probing around,if anyone can tell me the type of roof material I have on my Jayco 195TT .Im told there are two types EPDM and TPO ? I understand the maintence factor as far as cleaning and protecting is the same, but I am concerned with using different sealants and caulking, because I don't know if the wrong product will damage the membrane? THANKS!

RV Education has a pretty good video on YouTube on how to. I'm at work so I can't hyperlink it.

Not sure exactly when they swapped from the Alpha to the Dicor roof, but somewhere in the 2014 / 2015 models they went to a Dicor Diflex II, which is a TPO. Mine was manufacturered October 2015 and has the Dicor roof. If dicor, lap sealant will be Dicor 501. No need to do much to the roof other than clean it, how often depends on how you use it and how it's stored. Really no need for a protectant.

Good catch. Yes, 2015 model, manufacturered October 2014. Got a little ahead of myself.
