Just looking for suggestions for budget friendly skirting. Must be raccoon proof.

Not sure what would be budget friendly in today's market.

Aluminum soffit material is the only thing I would think is raccoon proof. It's around $20 for a 12' piece which would cover about 6 lineal feet of trailer. Vinyl may work, but they could chew through that.

Remnant metal roofing panels. Remember to put some vents in too.
Places that cut that metal sell the remnants or scratched pieces at a bargain
