USB wall charger
Was wondering if anyone had any issues with the USB charger not charging or even pulling power out of your devices?
When I plug my iPhone in, it actually drains the battery rather than charge it. If I use the charging square with the USB on the normal plug, no issue

Welcome aboard. What year and model TT do you have. Also what type of charger. Jayco has used a number of different chargers over the years.
Personal I haven't heard a lot of good things about the popup style.

Welcome to the forum. The USB outlets used in all makes and models fail relatively quickly.

That's not too far from reality. If you feel comfortable, pull it out of teh wall and see if possibly a wire came loose. Fortunately, they are an easy replacement...

Did you ever find out what was causing this? Our cousins and us each just purchased brand new 2023 jayco 195rb slx campers and the built in charging ports in both campers don't work (this is our first trip out with it). Not only do they not charge, they drain our phones. We are going to let the dealership we bought them from know about the problem but I was just curious if you found anything out about yours.

I've run into the same issue with my 2023 174BH. The dealership replaced the ports, and they still will not charge a phone. I pulled the ports out of the wall and ran some tests. They are only producing 500mA instead of the rated 1mA per port. This may be because they are rated for 1-2A total on 12-24v. I am willing to bet if connected to 24v it would put out the full 1A per port. However this rated amperage is too low to properly charge anything.
Jayco cheaped out and installed ports that even if they worked as advertised would be useless. I am waiting for new ports to arrive from Amazon to replace them.

This is frustrating about Jayco. Thank you for explaining your experience in detail. Would you mind sharing the link to the part you ordered on Amazon?
