using sway control without weight dist hitch

Is it possible to just install the sway control without the distributing hitch bars and chains ? Because all I need is to control the sway, not the sagging.
I'm ordering eaz lift, and looking at the following video it seems like the sway control and the weight distributing are two separate independent system

Because I do not have sagging problem, but I do have sway problem on high wind conditions

Yes you can use a sway control without a WDH. You will need to purchase something like this for the sway control to mount to, CURT Sway Tab Ball Mount #45820

Yes. I didn't see specifics in your post regarding your TT or TV.

IMO, a WD hitch is not so much for rear end sagging as it is for returning weight to the TV front end. Even if the TV rear doesn't sag, the front may lift. Have you checked that? It is possible your sway problem (control problem?) is at least partly because the front of your TV may need more weight to restore it to the right height and geometry.

Also, be sure your TT and TV tires are both inflated to the maximum shown on the tire sidewall. Higher pressures reduce sidewall flex which helps reduce sway.
