Very slow fresh tank fill via city connection

New 284bhok, only has fresh tank fill via city connection. It is extremely slow/low volume of water getting to tank. I'm talking like 30 mins to get 25 ish gallons. I can hear a rushing sounds in the feed line, poly b, about 3 feet from the tank. Opened up belly to expose line. No visible kinks or anything. When I open the gate valve while fill is on it definitely doesn't rush outta there like a full bore garden hose.

Does this from empty, even with dumb open, so not a venting issue.

Or does it get that restricted running thru all the switch valves and pump? It the rushing noise further along that is puzzling.

Also seems like the water pump takes forever to prime, and water volume low. I am assuming the pump pulls thru the same line that fills the tank?

I will do some more snooping tomorrow. Maybe even run a bore scope down the water line.

Any thoughts

Figured it out. PEX line to tank squished flat between the metal frame and wood from floor structure.
