Waiting Game

Hello folks, we have jayflight 34rsbs. Last fall we had a seal fail on one of the slideouts. What a mess!! Anyway the trailer was still under warranty and the dealership took care of it. As a result two of are ceiling panels were water damaged. This was back in September of last year. To date, the dealership still claims they haven't come in. My question, would calling Jayco directly do any good to speed things up? Or would I still get the run around?

Use the contact form, that way you start a paper trail. I would also follow-up with a call if you don't hear back right away. If you're in Lagrange Indiana your dealer is blowing smoke. He could drive over and get them.

Yes call Jayco. We have had bad warranty dealer service and quickly learned to call Jayco and get them involved. Alot of dealer's pull the warranty scam and claim/get paid for warranty by Jayco but work or parts are never done or recieved. Jayco will call the dealer directly.
