Wanting a shade for kitchen skylight

This skylight really let's in a lot of light. Would like a shade. Any ideas? Also is the free catalogs for aftermarket things?

I picked up some where they were insulating a new metal building as scraps.
I used one side sticky velcro on each corner and the other side Velcro I stuck to roof. Now I just go on roof and Velcro down when needed. Make sure to remove before driving. I also have a piece over my sunlight over the dining table in the slideout.

I used the same product to make shades for all the vent openings, the shower skylight and the window on the door. I found a site on the internet that someone did some crude testing using cardboard between the window shades and glass to keep the sun and heat from penetrating the shades and graduated to using the bubble foil instead of the cardboard, it is lighter and rollable.
