Warm fridge and freezer

Hello just looking for some guidance. I live in Northern Arizona full time in our 2018 jayco white hawk. We have a Norcold fridge MN N811. We went on vacation and came back to the fridge and freezer acting up. When first noticed the freezer got defrosted. I switched it off and back on and it started to cool down again. 4 days later noticed the same thing however it doesn't seem to be cooling back down again. There is no lights blinking on the fridge just the solid green light. It seems cool because none of the food has spoiled but not our usual cold. Any help troubleshooting this matter will be appreciated.

Put some fans in behind it (blowing air across the condensor) and make sure the exhaust and intake vents are clear.

Were you on LP gas or electricity? If on gas, you might have crud in the flue, dirty pilot light, etc. around the burner. If on AC then you have you checked your fins for blockage.
Fans will help improve cooling but if it is a pilot light or burner problem they need to be kept clean to keep it working.
Bunch of youtubes on the internet and posts available on the search bar. Here is one

Watch the My RV Works YouTube videos. Darren explains the system well and shows you how to troubleshoot your problem.

Could be a challenging one.

Where you operating on gas or electric? Have you tried the other mode? Does it behave the same?

My first two thoughts is the Thermistor, and the controls.

The thermistor, is the little probe like device attached to the second fin, in the frig. It needs to be attached to the second fin. Check to see if it has come loose, or been relocated to a different fin.

Controls, could be much harder to diagnose. Have you verified the temp setting on the switch? If the issue is only while running on electric, the issue could be a failing, electric heating element that conves the ammonia gas from a liquid to gaseous state (that is what causes the cooling). I have only seen this part totally fail, not get weak. It is fairly easy to replace, but it requires the frig to be pulled out.
