Water Heater and Slideout

Hey all! Long time looker, first time poster! Have 2 questions for everyone. I've searched through my owners manual and it's not getting through my thick skull. I own a 2018 Jay feather 23rbm

1. On draining my water heater, could you folks send me a link to the part camping world carries that would replace my plastic plug? Looking for a T handle on it, but don't want to buy the wrong part as I'm a newbie.

2. Can someone explain how to manually open my slideout? That's the infollowing that isn't very clear to me in the manual.

Never had to manually work any slides (and hopefully never have to).

Some where we read a 4 way lug nut tool for your truck will fit the drain plug on the tank! Nada on the slide!
