Water pressure question

I have a new (very old) Jayco TT. I put in a new water pump and replaced a few hoses to the clear water tank. I got it working somewhat but decided to use the city water to help clear out air in the lines. I hooked a water pressure regulator and turned on the city water after closing the lines to the clear tank. I get strong pressure from the bathroom sink but very little from the bathtub right next to it.. I get only a trickle from the kitchen sink which is in line before the bathroom sink. Can't find any valves closed. Any ideas why this inconsistent pressure?

My first thought is valves for winterizing might be partly open. Just a guess.
