Water pump not working

We are trying to winterize our hybrid and the water pump isn’t working. It makes a noise but it isn’t sucking up the antifreeze. We have the water pump switch on. What are we doing wrong? Thank you

Many RV water pumps don't 'suck' very well. Try lowering the level of the antifreeze the pump is trying to suck in and pour some antifreeze into the hose so the pump isn't dry when it tries to suck.

Let us know how it goes. Including the year and model of your hybrid may help get more specific answers from owners with similar units.

Make sure the valve to your fresh water tank is closed otherwise it can’t build suction

Also make sure the valve to the pick up hose is open and the suction hose is tightly connected.
