He said he had a regulator and a filter already and basically was worried about the flow of the 1/2" hose, which I think would be totally adequate.
On the pressure regulator, be careful installing at the camper. Some of these parks have lots of pressure > 100 psi and I've seen water hoses blow the ends off. Installing at the spigot would help prevent that.
I had installed a Watts regulator in the utility bay of my Class A and then a filter. It worked great for years until I hit the hill country where some have 150 psi pressure. My hose didn't last very long. Now the regulator for the travel trailer is a Watts style with Male x Female water hose connectors. I install at the faucet and then connect my hose to it.
I still plan to stick a nicer filter in my utility bay but hadn't yet.

You really do want a pressure regulator. I always connect mine at the tt. Some CGs have really high pressure, ans some have major pressure spikes.
As for a water filter, very much a personal preference. If you camp a lot, I would recommend buying a cartridge unit from a DYI home improvement store, and install pipe to hose adapters. The cartridges are a lot cheaper, you get your choice of filter media, and you can dry it out between trips.
