Water under master bed

We are in the process of moving "stuff" from old trailer to new one. My wife had placed some rolled up sleeping bags in the compartment under the master bed two days ago, and today lifted the bed to put more stuff under it, she discovered the sleeping bags had water on them on the underside. Not a large amount, just wet.

I have searched all over the floor and can't find any puddles, I don't see where water could even get under there from. No tanks near by, plus all tanks are empty now. There is the little refrigerator in the front compartment but as far as I know it hasn't been plugged in.

Anyone have any ideas?

Water

Any chance it rained on your trailer? We have a Whitehawk 27DSRL and were out camping and it rained hard one nite and the front storage door leaked. Between the door fitting loose to the seal and no caulk around the edge of the door we had water on the floor of the storage area, had I not noticed it may have traveled almost anywhere.

We had a sprinkle but nothing significant. No trail of water from one place to another. I went out with a bright spot light tonight and shinned it under everything. I am some what perplexed.

Watch on the inside with a light while someone sprays the doors outside with a hose. Sleeping bags would "wick up" the water pretty quickly and there may not be a trail.

We had the same problem with the storage door on our DSRL. The water came in behind the toilet and spread to the bedroom.

I had one of the windows leaking for a couple of years (poorly installed from the mfg.) and wasn't noticeable till one heavy rainstorm. I re-sealed the window with butyl tape and had to replace a stud and header because of rot. Yes, the warranty did past already.

Thanks for all the comments. I can't find anything again tonight. Wife said sleeping bags came out of old camper dry, she tossed them under the bed without looking. Then yesterday decided to move them and when she picked them up, they were wet on the underside. Floor is dry tonight. I guess I will watch it for a while. I thought a tank leaked, or water ran in from some where. But no water in tanks, no hard rain.

Seems to me that it might have just been condensation. The bags could have been dry on the outside, but there may have been a small amount of moisture inside them. If there's no moisture problem without the bags in the underbed storage, I'd guess that there's no leakage problem. Maybe toss the bags in the dryer, and try it again.
