Wax ?
I have owned my 2012 Jayco flight 29 RLDS for a little over 2 years now. I have had it professional waxed twice while at camp sites. I'm thinking about doing it myself this time. Looking for recommendations on what product to use on it. It does NOT have the smooth fiberglass sides.

I really like Megqueirs Cleaner/wax. Goes on and off easy and leaves a nice shine.

I use Blackfire Midnight Sun carnauba spray wax it's easy on easy off but I do it the harder way. I also use the Midnight Sun carnauba wax paste with it.
First I spray a section and use the paste with it and it's way easy on easy off.
I buy it from autogeek.net

By the way, Joe, you could send some of that heat toward the East Coast, we could use some-6 degrees here now and dropping. Sad thing is, I'm almost getting used to it-- a 35 degree day now seems like spring! Got up to 50 last week and I waxed our new (to us) unit.

We'll take all you got. We like Las Vegas in July. One of these days, hopefully, will be moving to a warmer place.

If your looking for a quick easy wax, there are 2 to consider. One is turtle wax ice, easy on easy off. Protect all is another I have had good results with. I wax mine once at the beginning, and once at the end of the season. These waxes won't last as long as a paste wax. You may paste wax only once a year, but with Ice or protect all, I wax it twice. Oh yea, I remove the black streaks with "totally awesome" before washing and waxing.

I use awesome on black streaks if I get them. I take my trailer out every month and wash it before every trip so it doesn't have a chance to get to dirty.

I've used NuFinish on the Jay Flight. Really easy on and off and takes the black marks off. Don't like at all on the truck as it is hell to get off of the black plastic/vinyl trim.

We usually go to south Florida for at least a week every February. We didn't get to go this year... but I leave on Monday for 4 days of "training" in Vegas...
