Ken I just got A fastway e2 and find it very difficult to unhitched . do find this with yours. Those bars do no come off very easy.

You're right, they don't. I raise the tongue jack up about 5 or 6 inches to relieve some tension on the bars and use a large rubber mallet to beat on the backside of the bar toward the end. Sometimes it takes quite a bit of hammering but I've always gotten it off.

I've got Curt because I could get it for a good price. I have had no issues with it, but I could see the appeal of going to a "higher end" type like ProPride or Hensley. Those do look pretty good.

Andersen Just can't beat the light weight and ease of attachment.

Hated lifting the old chain onto the hook with a bar. No sway control on the cheapo either. just lifting the bars into the sockets was a strain compared to my Andersen.

If I feel I need a little more lift all I have to do is use my 16 inch wrench to tighten up the two nuts.

I agree completely. I purchased the Anderson after I purchased this new trailer instead of the old Reese hitch setup I had on my former trailers. After a summer worth of camping and 20+ short an long distance trips, I am totally sold on this hitch. I never though a WD hitch could be so easy to use and work so well.

E 2

I have the Fastway E2 10,000/1,000 round bar WD Hitch. Very pleased with ease of use and sway control. Much better than the old Reese with chains I have. Used for years.

WD type 'Other'

Eaz-Lift. Got a good deal; easy to install. Works like a champ on our 16XRB.

Talking Need to vote twice

On our second Equalizer now. Great product; easy to use.

Reason for the second is the setup on our last TT was not enough for our new TT. I worked a new setup into our purchase by shopping online and asking the dealer to price match -they did. Would have been okay with the 12K bars, but am really glad I decided to step up to the 14K bars instead. The 14's are so much beefier than the 12's. My thought being this way we're covered no matter what TT we transition to down the road -if and when that ever happens... really enjoying the 324BHTS so far.
