Me and you both.

Once you tow with one, you can never go back to a traditional WD hitch.

I've towed through all the lower 48 states and 3 Canadian provinces with the Hensley.

Some nice participation in the WD hitch poll. So far the numbers are about what I expected.

I'm using the Equalizer hitch and have so for the past 4 years. It worked great with my 23B and 26BH, but I'm having some troubles with my new White Hawk 31 footer. It is much more difficult to get the bars off the L brackets than I've experienced in the past. The dealer took a look at the setup and they said it looks good just more weight on the ball now. Does that make sense?

I have a Eaz-Lift Weight Distribution with friction sway.

The thing about Ultra lights is you do not have to really crank down on the chains and put a lot of tension on them and Jayco does not recommend really cranking them down.
I towed it for 2 years without one and did fine but got a good deal on one and use it for piece of mind.

Anyway Dave, now you know what you have if any of us ask.
I helped close the Plymouth plant a couple of years ago for Drawtite but Reese and Drawtite are the same company and sometimes in the same manufacturing facility.

Since having the Hensley it is the ONLY way to go.

If there is more weight on the ball now are the spring bars rated high enough for the heavier tongue weight of the new trailer is one question to ask. Also you may have to go up a bit higher with your tongue jack when engaging/disengaging the WD system to relieve the tension.

I have a Pro Series SC hitch which has no chains to pop and snap when turning corners, and it uses a brake lining on the pad hangers to act as sway control, and to control porpoising. I have had other types of Wd hitches before, but I really prefer this hitch.

Husky works good for me also. 14,000lb max w/ 1400lb tongue max round bars. Cant complain, the dealer threw it in free cause he forgot to quote it.

i voted for the pullrite but it is now off my suburban,i just installed a reese dual cam and all i can say is the pullrite had no sway. The reese is good and was just what i was looking for(better turning and more then 70* when backing). If you want to know why i changed was that the pullrite came with the truck and with the added lenght of the pullrite and the 33" of trailer it was a pain to get into tight spots. The reese i must say has a little sway but seems to do OK,90% of my driving are on back roads anyway so the reese will do :hihi:

Pro Series WDH w/ Trunion Bars/Chains (12,000 lb) w/ no sway control. I have been considering upgrading to sway control setup, either the Equalizer or Reese Dual Cam. Only concern with the Dual Cam is if there is reduced ground clearance.

Valley WD Hitch with Valley 1200 lb. round style bars. Also a two-point Valley sway control.

I've had good luck with it for two years now.
