The potential issues aren't related to the engine, tranny, or gears. The issue is that you are undoubtedly over the payload limits of that truck (assuming you are carrying anything other than yourself). May or not be a problem for you, but the axle and brakes aren't designed for that much weight. Capacities according to edmunds:
I don't have an answer for your question, but I'm commenting because I saw a fairly new Tundra 4x4 Crew Cab pulling the North Trail equivalent of a Jayco Jay Flight 32BHDS (your triple slide is probably even heavier) at a campground Easter weekend. He obviously had a stout weight distributing setup and I assume aftermarket shocks and air bags, he wasn't sagging. So while it's certainly possible to roll down the road in that rig, I personally wouldn't risk the wear and tear on my truck or the possibility of problems in crosswinds etc.
