We're getting a 184BH SLX Baja Edition!!

We are picking up our new TT this week. We are new to this and very excited. I have a few questions, and would love to hear some suggestions. For some background on us... My wife and I are both 33 and have a 6 and 3 year old with another on the way next spring. We love the mountains and spend as much time there as possible. When we are in the mountains we like to be as far from other people as possible, which is why we're going with the Baja edition. Most of the trips we take, we will have a couple dirt bikes and bicycles with us. We are also hoping to get a couple SUP's (Stand Up Paddle Boards).
-Is there a good way to transport the SUP's on the roof of the TT?
-Generator... What do I need to know to get the right one?
-Batteries... Same question.
-Are there any tips I should know when going in to the dealer to buy?
-What would be a good TV for that model?
-Is there anything that you wish someone would've told you about when you were new to TT'S?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Take good notes and ask the dealer to demonstrate everything. Ask lots of questions. Welcome to the forum, I can't answer your questions other than a tow vehicle, and my advice is to get one bigger than you need. My 1/2 ton does fine, however I want to upgrade to a 3/4 ton diesel. I'm sure some of the others can answer your other question.

I forgot to add that in the OP. I will be towing it with an F350 (pretty sure I won't even notice it back there).

You shouldn't notice it, I pull a 184 bh with a 2012 liberty which does just fine
