Both were very good experiences, went to Terrell based on meeting them at an RV show in Charlotte, NC. Went to Plemmons based on deal for a unit sitting on their lot.

Indiana RV Connection, Middlebury In. Purchased [ordered] online, got a great price, and picked up within the 6 week estimate that they gave me with the order. Dealership undergoing some personel issues when I dealt with them [mostly by phone] and when I tried to contact the service dept after I got the TT home. I had the luck of meeting Mark Richardson [owner] of the parent dealership Richardson RV in California. He happened to be in Middlebury the day of my scheduled pickup. A glitch with the electric awning that had to be replaced caused me to have to overnight in Middlebury. Mark paid for my expenses and they had my White Hawk ready by 10am the next day.
Not sure what the personel issues were, but I know they turned over the head guy and seem short staffed at the dealership. Gave Mark feedback when I couldn't get my phone calls returned. It helps to have the Owner's email and phone number. Everything got worked out fine. Believe they have addressed the problems.

Got mine there too. Actually, it was bought when they were still actually in Burlington. Lol. Good experience and they have a free dump station for their customers.

Huffy's Trailer Sales in Finleyville, PA, anytime I have called them with a question or possible issue they have been more than helpful and when you walk in the door they know who you are. A family run business that does care about the customer.

Don't know how I missed this thread.
Yep they are still family owned. Bought our first TT from them in 1977. They now have 4 locations, 3 in Ohio and 1 in Indiana. Great family to deal with.

Apache Camper Center in Nebraska they have two locations one in Omaha and one in Lincoln as a kid I remember when they started out in a little two bay service station I have been dealing with them for over 20 years.
