What is this seal call and is it hard to replace? I noticed it’s been slowly working it’s way out

Not sure there's a name for it. Probably will just have to describe it or show your parts department this pic. The big wide black seal is the slide opening weather strip. Go from there.

I hope all it is is a seal to fiberglass for the schwintek wipe seals or whatever they’re called. Looks like the same garbage seal that they stuck under the OEM fan to the roof instead of butyl tape. If that’s the case I’ll use butyl tape and call it a day. This metal bracket and seal is only on the schwintek slide

I assume you are talking about the piece that looks to be coming out from under the metal against the side.

In order to replace it you will need to remove the "H" column which would require supporting the slide. The "H" column and slide track come as one piece.

We had that repaired by a mobile tech. They just cut off the extra, put in bigger screws to pull the slide frame in tight, then caulked the gap. Holding up fine. I need to do the same thing to the other side of the same slide.
