3 long trips in the last 18 months
1 50 days 13000 miles Maine to Arizona
1 40 days Florida in Feb-march
1 75 days Maine to Alaska cross Canada cross back through US
All in a little 195 which literally went everywhere even Alaska gravel roads
Yes we had tire troubles. The Rainer ones had a blowout. We upped to Carliskes probably not the best but rated to 81 mph. All they had in Norhern Alberta
The unit has 40000 miles and has not given us any problems we couldn't fix by ourselves
There are many things we liked and now we know what we don't like. Mostly related to husbands big feet. I need more cooking floor space

I busted a power steering hose backing into a tight site in Bar Harbor. NAPA was close by. Quick fix. No tire problems. Worst part was I had to buy a tank of diesel in Connecticut, Ran out of diesel 1 mile before our cg exit. Could not find any fuel all day sunday driving. Fortunately we were traveling with a buddy behind me who had a 5 gal. tank. Now I have one.
That wasn't you in the ditch? We saw someone sunk one side down 6 feet while making a tight turn almost 330 degrees. They missed the Bar Harbor KOA entrance
CT is tough for RV friendly gas stations. However we lived there 20 years and have family there so we know where to go without getting stuck

While there are truck stops they don't have tall signs announcing their presence. And Vermont is worse

Just finished 26 days with a toddler and an infant. Took our time over 2200kms. Only issue with the trailer was a broken hinge on the fridge which I created a thread about, warning Norcold fridge owners to not overload their doors with too much weight. The hinges are plastic and easy to break.

We did another 22 day trip 2 summers ago, similar routing, no problems.

So far 50 nights this season, best season yet. Although their reputation made me nervous, the Towmax tires have lasted 5 years and over 15,000km without any problems. They will get replaced next year.

From Alabama, we pulled our PUP out to CA and went from San Diego to Sacramento with it. Then we pulled it to Santa Fe on another trip. No cross country with the Jayco TT yet. We have traveled to NC and FL, about 1,500 miles total each time. Our other trips are in the 200-500 mile range, round trip. We hope to start more long distance trips soon. The Great Lakes, Mountain West, BC, and Maine are on our list.

Our longest so far was 14 Days. We sort of had 2 vacations run into each other.

Central Iowa to Central South Dakota (Day 1), Central South Dakota to Mt Rushmore via the Badlands, parked for 3 nights there and did various things in the area in including Custer and Crazyhorse. From there, we headed to Orlando - Disney Fort Wilderness, took 3 days to get there then stayed for 6 nights, 3 days home. Around 4200 Miles.

Only major issue we had (and it was a big one) is we had a weld break on our Weight distribution hitch, thank goodness the second weld held. Did not know this till we arrived safely back at home. Manufacturer was quick to replace. Other than that, no issues aside from losing the lid on the propane tank cover. We were on the original Rainer factory tires, kept it at 65 and no faster.

Family of 4, Kids 3 and 5 at the time.

On my current new 2017 23RB, only about 500 miles round trip, but it's new.

Our longest trip on our previous trailer, Skyline Koala 21CS, was cross country from Richmond, VA to the beach in Los Angeles, and many places in between. Total of 46 days, and 7900+ miles.

Fortunately, there were no problems what so ever. Did have to add air to one of my Maxxis tires, using the air compressor I carried, and did have to take my truck in to have the oil changed. I like to change oil between the 4 and 5k mark. Even with new oil at the trip's beginning, still had to have an oil change during the trip.

We're only two years in to RV'ing, but our longest trip so far was Texas to San Diego and back in 10 days pulling our Rockwood Mini Lite 2109s with two pups along for the fun. No mechanical issues. It was our maiden voyage with our TT and the first time either of us had ever been near an RV.

Top one right next to the ball attaching the ball mount to the shank collar. Wasn’t really visible till the trailer came off the truck and I saw the weld separate, and it was on the truck for 3 days without removing. Post below. Definitely had a bad feeling in my stomach for a while after that one, if the lower weld had given we would have been on chains only.

Last summer we did 3400 miles in two weeks. Omaha to Rocky Mountain National Park, to Moab, UT (Arches National Park), to Virgn, UT ( Zion and Bryce Canyon), Montrose, CO ( Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park), to Colorado Springs (USAF Academy) and back to Omaha.

Sturgis Bike Rally

The DW and I bought our 4212 in May so we could make the trip to Sturgis Bike Rally with another couple and 2 full dressers in the garage. Well the other couple bailed on us so we did it just the 2 of us. We were meeting friends in Sturgis as well. We left Orlando on Thursday evening at 5 pm and rolled into Sturgis on Saturday about 3 pm. Lots of hard driving and it was 2200 miles and the DW does not drive the rig. Only problem, I got some bad diesel at a 3 am fuel stop in a rinky dink place in Iowa. Thought I had lost an injector, but thank goodness for the knowledge and wisdom of an OLD Iowa farmer. No other problems besides that. Took 4 days to get back 2300 miles and thoroughly enjoyed the ride home. We were gone a total of 13 days.

We went to Jordan Lake NC in April, a 1,500 mile round trip for us. 2 days out and 2 days back through the mountains of the Virginia’s and a nasty thunderstorm too. My tow vehicle is at 5he maximum I would have ver be comfortable with so I don’t intend to go any farther than that until I upgrade. Still, I was extremely impressed with the Grand Cherokee and it’s small 3 liter Diesel engine. Pulled the hills like a champ with plenty of power. I stay at around 60 to 65 though. We came back through a nasty thunderstorm with some high side winds. Visibility was bad but I never felt like the combination was out of control. I am more worried about stopping. The Jeep has some good sized disc brakes on all 4 wheels and I have also been impressed with ho fast the vehicle and trailer brakes can slow us down when they have to, and yes, there have been a couple of times we have had to stop quickly. Much easier to slow down from 60 than some of the crazy speeds I see other RV’s going.

We are on the tail end of our first big trip. We've covered a bit over 6k miles at this point between towing and sightseeing and will wind up with 43 days on the road.
We left from the Houston area and the "high spots" we've visited are:
Kansas City, Mt Rushmore, Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, Colorado Springs, Gramts NM, Santa Fe, Las Cruces and Marfa. I also celebrated my retirement 1st anniversary a few days ago.
