What’s the best hotspot security camera

We’re looking for a security camera that will connect to our phone’s hotspot. We want to keep an eye on our dog when away from the trailer. We often camp in state parks without WiFi. Ideally we’d like one that we can pan. We bought one on Amazon that claimed to be a WiFi camera but it wouldn’t connect to the phone’s hotspot.
Suggestions?

EZVIS is made by Hikvision the #1 seller of security cameras.

my friend has 2 on his camper so he can watch his dog when away form the camper.

Also has a large porch thermometer so he can see the temperature in the RV.

Thanks. Didn't think about a thermometer... I got a wireless version that does connect to the phone.

We recently put in the same EZVIZ camera at home, and it's pretty handy for keeping an eye on the cats when we're out in the woods.
On the whole, nice little camera. Two way sound, so you can tell at your pets. Infra red lighting for night use ( limited range, though.)

One note of caution, though. I was pleased to find that it makes use of image encryption, end-to-end ( camera to phone)... but.. if you want to use it with Alexa/Google, you have to disable the encryption, or it won't work. Possibly not a big issue, but it bothers me.
