Any ideas what this switch is?

What kind of unit is that?

My guess given the presence of a GFCI outlet is it's near the kitchen?

Being a lighted switch, my WAG is it's for the water pump?

Sorry should have put that in there. It’s a 24MBH White Hawk. I thought it could be for the water pump as well, but it’s not a toggle switch and the water pump is controlled through the JAYCOMMAND. I then thought maybe it was for the tank heaters, but I’m not sure if I have tank heaters since it’s an enclosed underbody. I think the tanks are heated by air passing below the floor. I could be wrong there too.

It's not a toggle switch? So it's a "momentary" switch? Could it be a battery disconnect? I didn't think trailers came equipped like that, but who knows...

Hopefully another Whitehawk owner will chime in shortly...

I should have used a better word. All the switches that are also connected through the JAYCOMMAND have springs in them and when you toggle the switch it springs back. This switch is a simple on/off switch with no spring action.

Is the gas function of the water heater also controlled by Jaycommand? Could it be to activate the gas side of a gas/electric water heater? Though if it was that, it should have another LED to indicate a "fault" condition (flame not lit)?

From what I've seen, a lighted switch like that is lighted for a reason; they want the operator to know it's on/off.

Sorry, I'm just guessing here... Again, hopefully someone more familiar with Whitehawk will chime up...

Tell us where this is located. With the fire extinguisher there I guessing the front door? After that, I'll guess what it is.

Right by our door are 5 light switches. Two are momentary and the remaining three are the normal ON/OFF. The two lights (porch and door-side scare lights) are also controlled by our remote (a predecessor to your Jaycommand) and have latching relays on the control board. I scratched my head over why two were “springy” and three were “clickers” until I made the connection.

I guess I’ll just have to hit it a bunch and figure it out when we take the trailer out.

On a side note, do the new trailers have tank heaters or are does the furnace heat them via the enclosed under belly? I didn’t necessarily trust the delivery person when they said, “yep, it’ll be fine if your furnace is running.” I’m heading out this weekend and it should be above freezing most nights, but this is the trial run and I’m still learning the new trailer. My old ROO had physical pads on the tanks that heated them. It didn’t have an enclosed under belly.

It lights up? If so, go to your 12 volt fuse panel, and start pulling fuses, until it turns off. Then look to see what the fuse # is for.

If no one can answer what this switch is for, contact Jayco with your vin number and ask for the 12 volt drawing. If they ask why, say you have a switch that you cannot determine what it is for, and the dealer does not know ether. I am confident they will send you the schematic.

Yes, they have tank heaters.
